Ideally with enough space for 2 cars and a trailor... and with that space to move round the cars working on them etc!

Anyone have any contacts i can use?

Good luck with the hunt!

I've been looking for a garage in the city (West end) for months and am still looking!

Getting a double with space to work on the cars will be a very rare find.

What are you looking for? I know of a single in Mannofield sitting empty. No power or light though.

You thinking of buying or renting?

Matt,

Thanks for the reply.

Power and light isn't an issue.

It's actually for my brother who has a 996 C4 and lives on Union Grove. He's not going to park on the street as people seem to enjoy wingmirror football and car hurdles too much there! Ideally he's after somewhere close to his flat but in the short term he's willing to consider anywhere closer than my parents house in Bieldside!

Email me through my profile if you want to chat further. I'm very interested to hear where abouts it is.

Cheers

James

p.s. Sorry to Adam for the OT!

I am thinking about leasing out mine for a while.

I have a Double Garage i built at my house couple of years ago but due to no longer being interested in working on cars i never use it.

Only prob is that it has no Power as ive been too lazy to get it done.

On the plus side in a nice part of aberdeen (town centre) and accses is via a private road and i have TWO Bloody beast of rottweilers to keep unwanted's away.

Ive been offered £250 a month from various people but they wanted it for working out of and pretty much running a company from, which i could not be bothered with as its at my house and being frank they aint sort of people i want around mine.

If anyone is looking for one, i would take £275 a month and you can install your own Locks and as much of them as you want, i dont want any access to it atall and you could come and go as you please.

At night when i come home form the gym (10pm) i park one of my cars in front of the door to it so thats also added security.

As mentioned the Garage has no Lights or Electric but i dare say i could prob give it Elec by running a cable from my house.

Sorry for the Novel but saves timewasters.

Brad

James, tell him to park on forest road/aveune, there are plenty of streets round there within 5-10mins walk that are safer. I never had any problems in forest aveune/road and theres a few decentish cars regularly on the street inc 8 series and exige s2.

we live in that area....

and we've had a side step stolen off our pickup, and jerry cans stolen (thats was our own fault though i suppose :/ just forgot about them after coming back from a trackday and parked up in the back lane.)

40l of Vpower and 30l of E85. Hope they do some nice damage with that!
