Garage/ Unit in West Edinburgh

Following on from Adam's plea in Aberdeen, I thought I would give this a try.
Son Mattius and I are considering a new project but need more garage and a trailer space in place before we can make it happen. I have been perusing the ads online but nothing suitable on there, so if anyone knows of somewhere

Might be worth contacting the Roseberry estate, I believe they have one or two places dotted about - a friend has just take on a fairly large lockup/shed thing on the estate not far from Cramond Brig.
