I watched the next video numerous times, two guys speeding wrecklessly and one clips an innocent driver causing it to spin and crash and the two speeders just stick the foot down and leave them.

Guys that do this are the scum of the earth. There is a time and a place for putting the foot down and it doesnt involve public roads that are filled with cars.
