Hi,

As the title says.

They are from here and have only seen them on a couple of cars where we are.

Does anyone have them fitted yet?

There is a distributer in Scotland - Audiowise in East Kilbride

Pay £125 for a set of plates???
You are kidding?
Website design is awful - why have vertical black lines on the order page?
And how can they claim that it is "Embracing patented cutting-edge technology" ???
And why show it on a car with its lights on and very obviously not dark thus not making the number plate stand out?

Mmmm, think I will stick with £5 ebay ones - lets face it what are the plates purpose???

They're overdoing it just a tad with the advertising blurb don't you think?

'The quest for improved styling, greater safety and more efficiency has led to the development of the first real advance in vehicle number-plate technology for decades.

Embracing patented cutting-edge technology, Brightplate offers a striking enhancement to vehicle styling whilst giving greatly improved safety in all lighting conditions'

More efficiency? Improved safety? How does that work then?

They actually look better when you see them. My son had mentioned them as he had seen them on a car and I wasn't keen looking at website, but when I went to Audiowise for something else they had a demo set inside and on a car . . . they actually look ok.

They are fully road legal and are stamped accordingly.

whats this number plate thing?? Do we legally need them? Are they meant to be seen? By whom and why? I thought the idea was not to have them visible or covered in black tape to give misleading numbers, just in case fluffnik recognises your car and comes charging after you in some weird japanese thingy with massive brakes that work!
Personally I would go for the old Italian plates in front as they ruin he shape of cars!
Apart form that black with white letters look best.
