Not sure if they do rabbit but Cranstons in Pollokshields are very good.

Also (although a bit further out) W P Tulloch in Paisley are supposed to be good but not tried them myself.

Not much meat on a saddle but the back legs are better.

i grew up in paisley so i know Tulloch's well. Might be worth a shot. I'll take a whole rabbit if they have one!
