That reminds me of a traffic light derby I saw back about 1976 in Bishopbriggs around midnight. A certain furniture store magnate in his RR Silver Shadow versus unknown in a Triumph 2.5 PI. Lights change and for a split second the Triumph pulled away from the line really quick, the shadow just hunkered down on the back end and seemed to engage warp drive by comparison. Had the Triumph within 100 yds. It's the only time I've ever seen someone really let a Rolls rip(did have an interesting drive against a chauffered Daimler Limo on the motorway once , feck they could shift in a straight line. )

It would have been better if the focus estate was a sleeper and pumped the wrc car.
