I prefer the C4S m'self.

It is arguably the best looking of the 996 range.

The C4S has a full Porsche service history and will probably hold its value better. If it is for your good lady then the C4S is the more neutral handling especialy in the wet. The only reason I would not take the C4S is if it was an automatic but that is a personal preference. Unfortunatly the advert does'nt say if it's auto or manual.

Hi there, you might like to check this one out.

I think it is better value than the other two you were looking at and if your wife is anything like mine she would prefer the convertible.

First one looks like it is sitting far to low.

I know nothing about Porsches but should the rear spoiler be raised when the car is parked?

There is a rocker switch on the dash that lets you operate the rear spoiler manualy at lower speeds or when the car is stationary. It also helps if you want to show off the spoiler in photos smile

The C4S looks great in 'look at me' yellow - fantastic colour!

I'm not a fan of the Aero kitted one.

C4S hardtop for me.

Where do you stay, Stevo? I decided for a 4WD on the basis that I live at the top of a steep hill and, boy, I'm glad over the last couple of days I did! Don't get me wrong, it wasn't the only reason but even when I was looking at a C2/C4 a few years ago (which I never closed out) I favoured the latter for the same reason...

Mmm, I thought I had recognised the plate on the RT12! It's been in an underground car park in London all summer long. It must get warmed up and drvien around the car park though, since it moves positions frequently. Looks to be in good nick from what I remember.

It'd be the C4S for me too - although it does look rather low. It's meant to be the best in the 996 range, allegedly.

The Aerokit C2 does little for me I'm afraid.
