Telesales - Outsourcing?

Anyone outsourced / used a telesales company in Scotland that they could recommend?

Only one I know of is TSC in Larbert. Dont know if they are good or bad but last I heard Tmobile used them.

Theres Response in Glasgow too,they are one of the biggest in scotland so dunno if that may be too expensive?

wouldnt touch TSC or becogent with a barge pole. if you want a good outsourcer contact Bellcom in waterloo street glasgow, do a really good job, professional serviace and have ability to deal with short term contracts. no i dont work for them but used to
