road conditions...crieff ,comrie area

anyone know what the roads are like round crieff and comrie in perthshire

Dont know about Crieff and Comrie but in Perth they arent great, main roads pretty clear but lot of side roads still pretty deep.

Friend was supposed to have a Christening up that way yestrday but had to cancel due to conditions

Might be too late on the reply, but I was up there today!! Left from Glasgow about 9am and arrived safe in Comrie at approx 10.30. The dual carriageway, I think the A9? was ok'ish on the way up with some of lane 2 still covered with ice/ snow. On the way back it was fine. Temperature dropped to -11 degrees at times.

Best advice would be take your time. Good thing is that everyone else seemed to be doing a sensible speed.
