The car is a 2002 clio 172

Problems:

Auto wipers please themselves, don't switch off, don't switch on when they are meant too.

Starter motor has sometimes not bn turning over but all electric seem to wrk at the same time. Often happens when the weather is V cold.

Tail lights & dash lights have started turning themselves on when the car is parked & locked thus draining the battery

Also, needs a new outside temperature sensor



Is the fella at Inverurie any good. I notice he is 42£ per hour cheaper than Taylors & Renault dealership

Na, a fair bit to do. The lights switching on when parked seems to have stopped & it is starting up no bother now too so it looks like they are caused by the very low temps. Gonna take a punt on this fella in Inverurie but he even said himself ''renaults can be a law unto themselves''.

A few years back I said I'd never buy a french car for several reasons (1 being that their electrics are garbage) & then i read lots of good things about Renaultsports work so bought 1. bks!
