You'll have to get a program for all the locations ... usually only a few quid!

All you need to know:

Start Aboyne 2WD 08:30 - 4WD 09:38

SS1 'Help for Heroes' Pitfichie - 2WD 09:11 - 4WD10:18

SS1 is a short sprint to start the rally, through Pitfichie Forest near Monymusk, this stage has not been used for about 15 years and is a new configuration that has not been used before,. The competitors enter from the South side at near Tillyfourie and exit on the North side.

Car Park 'A'

This year Forest Enterprise have allowed us to establish a Car Park in the forest leading to Junction 3. Access is from the forest entrance near Newfolds MR 38/659146. Follow the arrows to the Car Park, from there a short walk takes you to the stage. The cars approach from the West and can be seen for about a mile along a fast, undulating stage.

Go along the B993 towards Monymusk, leave the village on your right and go straight on at the corner onto the yellow road. Proceed for approximately 1.6 miles then take the Y fork to the right at Spot Height 132 that will take you to the forest entrance in about 200m.

SS2 Whitehaugh

There are no spectator access points into this stage.

SS3 Station GarageMitsubishi

There are no spectator access points into this stage

Service 'A' Aboyne 2WD 11.57 - 4WD 13:04

This is the primary servicing area for the event where it is possible to see the cars at close quarters while the service crews are working on the cars in preparation for the afternoon stages.

SS4 Aberdeen City and Shire Blackhall 2WD 13:21 - 4WD 14:28

The stage runs at the East end of the forest in the shadow of Scolty Hill and loops around, the start and finish being close together. The only access to the stage is from the Scolty Hill end from Car Park ?B?

Car Park 'B'

This year Forest Enterprise have again allowed us to establish a Car Park in the forest leading to Junction 7. Access is from the Scolty Hill forest entrance at MR 45/688948. Follow the arrows to the Car Park at Gouach wood, from there a short walk takes you to the stage

SS5 Glenfarquhar

There are no spectator access points into this stage

SS6 Caledonian Logistics Fetteresso 2 2WD 14:33 - 4WD 15:40

The final stage is over ten miles long using most of the north end ofFetteresso Forest.

It incorporates very fast flowing roads in the first half leading into more twisty, technical areas in the back half.

There will be two Spectator Car Parks, one at Junction 2 and another near the end of the Stage, where access can be gained to the last corner and the finish of the stage.

Car Park 'C'

This car park gives access to the stage in the forest at Junction 2 where the cars come towards the junction from the East, turn right over a bridge and power away up the hill.

The car park is on Forestry roads near Hill of Hobseat and is accessed from the Slug Road, through the Forestry car park at MR 45/791893. On entering the forest, turn left and follow the arrows along the forest road via Tillybrake and Stonehouse to the junction at MR 45/764874.

Car Park 'D'

This is at Hill of Swanley and is reached via the Forestry entrance atUpper Swanley (MR 45/830873). There will be a one way system, exiting near Swanley Cottages, which is also the competitors exit from the start of the stage, so take care when leaving. Please note there will be no parking allowed on the public road ,Police cones will be in place , and will be enforced.

From the South turn off the A90 just past the flyover at the sign to Spurryhillock, take first right, signposted Auchenblae, after 50yds and follow the road round for three-quarters of a mile and turn right at the sign post to Riccarton and Banchory, the car park is on the left a mile up this road.

From the North turn off the A90 on the Stonehaven bypass at the sign for Spurryhillock and then right after about a third of a mile into the industrial estate, signposted Kirkton of Fetteresso, follow the road over the flyover round past the Cemetery and turn left after about a mile, signposted Auchenblae, just before the road rejoins the A90, from there follow the instructions above.

Take care if you leave the car park early as once the stage is live there will be rally traffic joining you as you exit the forest.

From the car park it is only a 15 minute walk along the fOrest road to reach the last corner of the stage.

Finish Thistle Hotel 2WD 15:29 - 4WD16:36

Yeah, your best to buy a programme. Plenty of garages / petrol stations around selling them or Thistle Hotel on Friday.
They will be well detailed showing you where to park and the exact routes in the forests.

I used to work for George Gould (Snr.) Is his son still doing this? Last I saw him he was tooling around the mid-field in a Mazda 323...

Dropped by Westhill services to pickup a program but they hadn't had any delivered yet, maybe on Friday... Anyone know a place that has them for sure?
