Of course, they won't automatically refund as they've been ticketing illegally...nope, you'll have to 'claim' - and I'm guessing if you don't, they'll just keep the money.

you think thats bad, i once worked out my tax in a year i had to pay and worked out i had een overcharged £1200. phoned up 1 number no pillar to post stuff said heres what i earned heres what i was taxed im owed the above. "oh yes sir its here on the computer exactly the same as i asked for!! unbelievable!
