Thinking of heading up to this on Sunday with the g/f.

Anyone been before? Is it a decent day out?

Seems to consist of Modified Live, Time Attack and the European Drift Championship.

I'll be there spectating as part of a club stand, its okay as a day out if the weather holds, dunno if I'd bother if it was peeing it down with rain and freezing.

Been pretty good the last couple of years, you get some pretty interesting stuff out for the time attack.
I'll probably be going, but as mentioned, keep an eye on the weather! If it's likely to be miserable, I'm not sure I'll bother.

Last few years have been really good. Interesting stuff on track, a open pit so you can see all the cars right up close, spectacular driving from the drifters and nice motors on the show stands too. Even in the rain it'd be interesting. Skin's waterproof!

Why bother looking at weather forecasts

Knockhill obeys no known weather forecasting models.

Indeed, it has its very own climate, affected only slightly by whatever is coming along the valley to the west of the paddock area!

Aye, well done Adam and Fee!
Good day, some nice cars on track as usual, and some nice weather too!
Found the commentators mistakenly referring to 'doofus dip' for a while quite funny!

I was at this and enjoyed the day, couldn't believe how fast the time attack cars were.

Shame some idiot had to spoil the action by trying to cross the track at the hairpin, halting the session for a bit.

I saw that from the pit wall and thought it must have been staff doing something.... then I saw the marshals giving chase, then the red flag.

What a nugget.

I was up there with some of the MINI guys, fantastic day out. Looked like Fee was really going for it!

Still can't get over how fast that luminous orange Evo was!
