Walked in the other day for a wee pad aboot. Found only the low-end part of the Abercrombie & Fitch brand - "Hollister" there. To me, selling a clothing brand that uses a fecking Seagull as it's motif in Aberdeen is just a gag too far!

Yeah, I'm not really that impressed either. Yo Sushi is OK though.

It's kinda alright, but I think the knock-on effect is it's another nail in the Union St coffin. It was once a vibrant street, but looks awfy st now. Very American 'mall' approach, though Princess St in Edinburgh is going downhill fast too...

It's just getting crap because it is cheaper for companies to move out to out of city shopping centre. It's cheaper and more convenient if they need to expand, thus leaving a lot of shops closed down.

Yeah, I don't like it, tears the heart out of a city just for convenience...

You reckon?

I found the food distinctly average and rather expensive - just like anywhere else in Aeburrdeeen I 'spose.

I do like the Mall on the whole though; it's filled with some decent shops and the people that visit it seem to be a step up from the pondlife that hang around the other 'malls' in this delightful little town of ours.

Hollister over this side of the pond is crap. The clothing range is 10x better over in the US of A.

In the US you can get Abercrombie for the cost of Hollister here....and no fecking seagull on your shirt!

Yo Sushi is expensive though, no matter where in teh UK you are. Still quite good though. Handmade burger is a personal favourite.

Can't say I buy any clothes from any of the shops though. Still have to go to Edinburgh for that.

I noticed it but didn't change it, but just knew someone would pick me up on it!
