Emerald ECU experts??

I have an Emerald ECU (K3) and recently with MOT being changed with regard to Q plates having to pass emissions wrt the age of the engine its becoming a problem. Fortunately my friendly local garage has a way around it but I don't think I can take the piss much longer!

So is there anybody out there who knows how to or knows a rolling road that is conversant in the Emerald K3. I have used that place near Dalgety Bay and have to say wasn't that impressed.
