Ferrari 360 on Texas plate

Strange one just this afternoon, saw a silver Ferrari 360, LHD with Texas plates driving on the M8 out of Edinburgh.

Anyone else seen it around?

Probably someone from America just moved over here. Most likely something to do with the oil industry.

The other year I saw on Loch Lomondside, the biggest Camper-Van (Truck!) you ever saw with South Carolina plates.

I understand that in the US armed forces, there is a facility for Forces personnel to transport their vehicles in USAAF freighter aircraft when there is spare capacity available in the aircraft on, for example, trans-Atlantic flights.
