Any photographers going down to the race-the-runway event?

I'm doing the event, and have a provisional thumbs up to write it all up for PPC magazine, but am short of someone to take the pics...

If you post this in the photography forum, I'm sure you'll get a few who are interested.

Alternatively, there are lots of good motorsport togs on www.talkphotography.co.uk, you could post up details in the motorsport section. Plenty of amateurs who would be glad to help if they were guaranteed to get their photos published etc.

Problem is - there's no concrete promise of publication, and even spectators have to pay for entry, so I don't want to ask someone to attend specially when they might end up out of pocket.

The upside, of course, is if the photos are deemed publishable, then there will almost certainly be more work on the back of it (PPC doesn't have a roster photographer in Scotland, so loads of proposed features get turned down do to the cost/logistics of sending someone up from Rutland/Leistershire).

How does entry work for spectators? Is it tickets at the door or book in advance? Can't really find any information on it.
I would love to go along for the day, will be taking my camera too.
