Great photos - that new camera's certainly doing the business; real sharp, especially impressive given it was such a dull day.
And another great session as normal. Looking forward to the next one and I really do hope you get the numbers you need to cover costs, and some!
Sorry to all for the wee stoppage late in the session - gremlins in the fuel pump electicals, solved by nothing more than a wee shoogle. Will do better waterproofing of the terminals before the next one though.
Edited - found the 'proof' of the fix in John's album
(hope you don't mind the hot-link John)...

By all means post up as many photos as you like from the gallery - I've modified the gallery to provide easy to use IMG links for posting in forums specifically for that purpose

Hey John,
I put my post up in the beginners trackday thread but just in case you missed it (or got the edited version thanks to my mate kenny).
I had a brilliant day, as you know it was my first one and it really was excellent, the tuition from mass and your free time with the touring car driver was excellent as was the experience of sitting beside andy g.
As I put in my last post, anybody thinking about this really should give it a try, it wasnt intimidating at all and it was as much a social thing as the banter in the garages was great aswell.
I really hope you get the numbers for september, I for one will def be there.
Im also really chuffed with the pic of my car up above (the black orange and white engine bay shot) think I may be purchasing that as an arty shot for my office.
Finally, the tvr with the carbon dash in the pics above was amazing, the carbon and alacantara in such a deep seat and tiny cockpit just looked awesome.
Cheers

Thanks again for a top day John, and some great shots, although how you never got one of me sideways I'll never know :0)
Anyone who thought about this and dodged it for the weather probably missed the most entertaining day I've had at Knockhill in ages!
Flipflop, welcome for the pax

I was only at Mcintyres for about 5 minutes at most before the rain came on heavy and the session was red flagged. I made my way back up to the pit lane to find out what the problem was and never got the time to get back down. Sounds like I missed some excellent photo opportunities
Next event is on Saturday 18th September, and will be available to buy in the club shop later this week.

Just uploaded some in-car footage. Not too many cars out, but a Peugeot pointing the wrong way on the first lap. A grey Caterham ahead that I had insufficient gonads to attempt to catch up on, plus the Chimaera, BMW and an Elise. And yes folks - no roof, no side windows, and relying on RainEx rather than the [useless] wipers
