Yeah. He is having to apologize for something he didn't do. For political reasons. And is treading a very fine line with reality to start with.

As if his voter base is in Scotchland.

He's just stating the truth. It's inevitable the anti-Tory culture in Scotland will perceive this as 'blaming Scotland'.

True...

Thicker than this, one cannot get.

The decision was made by one Scot..in Scotland, over which Westminster had no control.

If that's an issue, then blame lies with Blair and Brown for delegating power to Scotland...

Oh, wait, they're Scots too, aren't they..?

And Labour....

Can we see where the blame lies yet...?

It was totally pathetic that that moron Macaskill let him out, theres a reason he's known as "Macrackers", the SNP are awful, other than Salmond I wouldnt trust any of them to sit the right way around on a toilet seat.

Why NOT blame the scottish government for releasing him?

The Lybians are thanking the Scottish for releasing him as he lands back home with "3 months" to live. (note the saltire on the right of the picture).

He was freed from a Scottish Jail, after being convicted of killing a lot of people over a Scottish town, and his release was ordered by Scottish Justice Secretary Kenny MacAskill.

Yet David Camerons gets it in the neck. This is after he came out publically to say he thought the release was an outrage and should not happen.

Ok.

Yeah, go into polotics. That'll learn him.

It was a SCOTTISH decision, made by SCOTTISH MPs, voted into a SCOTTISH parliament by SCOTTISH people.

The USA is blaming the UK as a whole, do you expect anything other than a st deflecting mission?! I blame Scotland too!

It wasn't David Cameron who released him.....
It was the Scottish Goverment with the approval of the Labour Goverment!!
So who do you want him to blame??.

I dont care for the labour of tory party but the facts are the SNP/Labour released him.

I am scottish and proud of that but releasing this man was a shocking decision,

Who gives.

The Scottish let the bomber out tochow down on the big veiny cock of thje oil industry. Their decision. Nothing to do with the English parliament, or Cameron.

I think that the Scottish should be given their independence, because I am sick of my taxes funding them.

And another thing, they should stop scootish MPs voting in the ENGLISH parliament.

That would be Salmond who wants to get rid of Nukes in Scotland.

That genius has spent millions of UK tax payers money on windmills around Caithness, despite the fact Dounreay / Thurso want a new nuke build as they have the site, the engineering skills, a population skilled in operating nuclear facilities, and a receptive community. But he'd rather have windmills that don't actually produce much power, and require thousands of tons of country to be dug up to install.

The guy's an absolute clown.

So you think that if the Scots ever got independence that your personal tax bill would reduce because you have stopped 'funding them' bks?
