I need the lacquer redone on the Audi boot and bonnet.
The guy who was meant to be doing it has let me down, so does anyone know of a good paintshop near Hamilton area?
Thanks,

Paul,

Who do you recommend in Wishaw? Is it Sandy @ Classic Coachworks, or (his brother I believe) Robbin @ Kitchener Coachworks, or someone else? I've heard good things about both these guys. I'm looking to have the front of the 2 painted.

Are you local to the area?

Hi there
Yes I am local as I have an office on Main Strteet Wishaw. Robin of Kitchiner gets a good reputation from guys in the trade although I have not used him. Very nice guy though
I think Sandy is the guy at Graham street? Again I have met him but have not used him. Also a nice guy

I was planning on going to see one of these chaps soon. Both come recommended so I guess its just a case of who answers the phone first! And yes, Sandy is based on Graham St.

I'm in the old sandstone Cambuslang College Annex building just up from the new M'well college btw.

Any outings or meetings any local peeps are going on/to I'd like to show face if noobs are allowed!

Sorry for thread jack smile

I would recommend Billy Hamilton in Strathaven 01357 520001, does all our business work to a very high standard and also my Ultima, second to none.

My parents have both used Robbin a number of times and have always been happy with the results. I haven't used him myself but would be happy to having seen the results...

OT...reading between the lines, does this mean a come back for the Ultima is on the cards Tim?

sadly not, at the moment, too busy to start another build just yet, bought a
yamaha 1000 to play on but the speed is pathetic compared to the ultima, which surprises me, but also convinces me that a new supercar project will happen sometime. Thanks for the asking tho'

+1 Robin Welsh at Wishaw. The only guy I would trust to put paint on my car.
