4 days for photos.

I now have the next 4 days of doing nothing until I fly out to Bahrain on Tuesday for my new job and so I was wondering if anyone was free and wanted to get together for some car photographs, either posed, tracking or rig style.

I am in Edinburgh but am not limited to just here, I would be free for a bit of travel and am free daytime or evening.

Have a look at some samples.

I'd love to get some good pics of the S70R if possible!

The problems are; 1) I'm a bit busy this weekend but can probably manage Saturday or Sunday afternoon, and 2) the car's gearbox is on the way out and I'm not keen on putting too many miles on it, so I wouldn't want to stray too far.

If it still sounds possible I'd be happy to arrange to meet somewhere.

Not talking cost, will be a freebie (though a few pennies for petrol wont be turned down), are you in Glasgow or around somewhere?

We can do some tracking/rig shots, they are done at walking speed with the engine off and so are dodgey gearbox friendly.

If you are sorting something out for Edinburgh and Sunday, I may be able to attend - got a lads' golf/curry/beer day tomorrow so won't be legal to drive on Sat, and need to appease the family but assuming I can get things sorted, would love to be involved Sunday?

I go back offshore on Monday but free tomorrow and most of the weekend.

Busy around lunchtime on Saturday, but free rest of weekend. My car is all nice and clean tucked up in my garage. Would the Falkirk Wheel make a nice location for some pictures? The fact that it is 10 mins from my hoose has got f'all to do with it!!!!

I'm working Sat/Sun/Mon but provided nobody gets murdered tonight on the south side of Glasgow I could get away a couple of hours Saturday or Sunday morning in Glasgow area...... better for me would be Tues/Wed/Thur when I'm off and can go anywhere (Freee at last)

Final note, my car is manky so do I need to wash it tonight?

I think Ian is away by the time you are finished work. I can make tomorrow morning up to about 1130 then need to change cars and be elsewhere. Cannot really make Sunday as its the wee man's birthday so will be committed all day. I will check forum through the evening - SWMBO is on a piss up. Would be nice to get 993 996 and 997 together if poss. I know OJ.. is house breaking this weekend but maybe another taker?

Ian - I can go anywhere tomorrow morning as long as I get back by 1130. What kind of road do you need - best weekend fast quiet road with scenery I know is the TRIDENT road from Loch Lomond to Garelochhead but maybe too far west. Let us know.

Saturday morning would be cool with me for somewhere around Glasgow, though I dont know the roads there. For the rig shots its just engine off and pushing, some nice shots of all 3 Porsches would be good, static and tracking, but for tracking I would need another driver (with me leaning out of the car windows). O, and clean cars look slighly better Yes, after Tuesday is too late as I am off over to Bahrain to work, will be back every 4 weeks though so if unable to arrange anything yet then another time would be good.

Nick, are you free on Sunday or Monday, could meet up then if you are, I have a favour to ask too.

Kenny, a mini meet at the wheel on Sunday could work well.
