Any advice on how to get paper stickers off the paintwork of my car? I had to put some on when attending a recent race event and they're proving a nightmare to come off! Cheers in advance.

Use of a hairdryer to soften up the glue worked well when I last did it. Surplus just washed off with hot water, but I hear that autoglym tar remover is the mutt's nuts.

Autoglym Intensive tar is the mutts, but can be hard work if used applying by cloth. Better to put some in a spray bottle and spray on if its a large area, then wipe off with a little more added to a cloth.

I also use this for serious sticker/glue removal: http://uk.rs-online.com/web/search/searchBrowseAct...

This works wonders, spray on, leave for a bit, wipe off. Smells like oranges too, which is nice. It also works on glass, especially good at removing the glue from parking fines biggrin

Not mine I might add!
