**Scottish PH Christmas Dinner - Timings**

A few of you have been asking about timing for this Saturday. This is also posted up under main heading.
1630 - 1700 hrs : Arrive at Castle
1730 hrs : Seated for Meal
1845 hrs : Finished Meal
1845 hrs : Cocktail master class 20 mins
: Speeches & Awards
1945 hrs : Hall Clear (30 mins to re-jig room)
2015 hrs : DJ & Disco
Auction & Raffle will be slotted in at speeches or during the 30 mins room re-jig.
The bar will be open to 0000 hrs (midnight if you canny do 24hr clock)
Kicking out time will be 0030 hrs.
For residents; i.e.: if you are staying at the hotel, i beleive they can open the bar back up once the place is totally cleared. No lock-ins for non-residents, so don't ask or make a scene.
