Now that this has been unveiled (to much mutual back slapping) it may be time to delve further into just HOW they have been testing this new discovery on the roads of Kinross and Perthshire.

"I cannot understand why a major stretch of road wasn't gritted when it was minus 1C outside this morning and everybody knew that," she said. I know Fife was gritted and I know Aberdeen was gritted, so why was that part of the A90 overlooked? It's disgraceful and I'm looking for answers." ?
