Now that this has been unveiled (to much mutual back slapping) it may be time to delve further into just HOW they have been testing this new discovery on the roads of Kinross and Perthshire.
A 2.4 mile of dual carriageway between two interchanges 10 accidents!!

"Catherine, who has travelled on the A90 for 11 years, said she had never seen the road in such a bad condition before.
"I cannot understand why a major stretch of road wasn't gritted when it was minus 1C outside this morning and everybody knew that," she said. I know Fife was gritted and I know Aberdeen was gritted, so why was that part of the A90 overlooked? It's disgraceful and I'm looking for answers." ?
