Ramps with steam cleaner

Anyone know if there is a facility for use where there is a ramp and steam cleaner for washing underside of cars?
Either for hire or if they do it?

I am not sure if any detialers would have ramps? What i wan tto do is to go along and steam the entire underside of some of the cars so tha ti could for example re underseal or just clean the gunge off

Anyone know? Problem is usually getting outside ramps which are quite rare or a workshop with an enclosed area and special drains with silt traps etc

Open to any advice
