Anybody going to this event - I think I went last year and it was a good day out in the sun.
Whole host of nice old cars: from corvette through minis and jags to some old pork.

Lee - is TIPEC there again?

I'll be there with the SEC; and the weather is looking good.

Great venue with a beautiful museum.

I forgot this was on! Might pop along for a bit. I’ve managed to miss it for the past couple of years.

TIPEC aren’t displaying this year, some sort of disagreement with the organisers or something? PCGB aren’t having an official presence either.

I'll make the trip up if I'm feeling mad. My cars away so it'll be an 8.5 mile cycle otherwise smile

I'm sure Tipec will be there, if it is the one in East Kilbride. If not, I've balls up the Tipec website as I've got it up as we are displaying. If the guys are there, be sure to say hello. Looks like a fun day out like you said. I'm on holiday in the Hilton in Glasgow, so won't make it.

TIPEC were knocked back at the last minnute by the show organisers - too many applications this year, apparently.

You not managed to fix your oil leak yet? I could loan you my 28 year old 944, it doesn't have any oil leaks.

I thought it wasn’t a Porsche if it didn’t smell faintly of oil?

It was a good night but Leon was rubbish! Did you get anything in the auction?

Just back, looked like an excellent turnout.

What was going on with the parking though, we were refused entry and sent on our way. I turned round after a few 100 yds, and then managed to get in OK? Not sure if I was being sent to an overspill park or not?

Anyway, excellent afternoon out.

Thanks to the organisers for this.

There is always Strathaven on the 22nd. It's only a few miles down the road.

I'm barred from auctions now, a couple of friends have had to bail me out before. I bid £500 for a day out at Knockhill in a Jag' with the guys from Stratstone last month at the Mary Leishman ball in Dunfermline. A friend has paid for it and is now going. I have got a Jag' for the weekend sometime though (I really need to find out when that is?).
