Fellow wedgers help needed

Hi all
You're such a knowledgeable bunch so I've posted here even though this time it's nothing to do with broken bits of Wedge
A few of us are heading north and are planning to leave the sunny south at sparrow fart or there about. That means brekkie time will be somewhere in the Midlands and we will be needing a big munch.
Do any of you know where 8 hungry guys and gels can get a good breakfast on a Friday morning at about 8am around Jct 15 on the M40 / A46 or Jct 3 on the M42 / A435?
Obviously we are trying to avoid motorway service stations and Little Thiefs. Don't mind heading off the beaten track.
