Hi peeps..Has anyone else noticed that at the bottom of the thread page there are links to sites relating to the topic discussed...Although in some circumstances beneficial..In others where does it stop..Soon it will be predictive posts, How annoying..Maybe im just getting old...Ziga

Well, I wish we had an engine to that could search the threads. Going back more than 2 years - how cool would that be? After playing the Wedge game for almost 10 years I remember the questions but not the answers. Grady

I agree..That would be cool..I find myself going through my previous posts to try to help someone else when the issue arises..I have bookmarked a couple of things but ive only been on here nearly a year..It would be a major headache for sure if it was considerably longer..So any boffins or computer whizzes out there get your thinking caps on..Is it possible to have a thread search engine..Ziga

We do! It's called yahoo search (for some reason google can't do it)

You can find stuff 6 or 7 years old.

Not to complain but I couldn't find find my thread on antennas (operator error maybe) and there have been similar unsuccessful searches in the past.

It's a shame the advanced search feature doesn't work. So much of this this Wedge specific stuff has been covered before. Grady

Do you mean this one:

http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?f=12&...

I found it in about 10 seconds. I replaced the word "Koni" in the example seach with "grady antenna". If you know who posted it then you can always put the name in too.

I'm not saying it's all-powerful but it's a hell of a lot better than the PH one. I have been using it to find stuff for the FAQ article list in the stickies.

You've made me famous smile

I remember your search trick now but thought had been replaced by the Google search on the search page. Can we lobby to add your search to the choices?

Only thing is - you have to use Yahoo UK. (I made a note in your search wiki.)

Thanks for explaining! Grady

Yeah that is strange isn't it - they must have a special search engine/server here in the UK.
