Went to this yesterday, huge classic car show, with 1 Cerbera! I know I'm new to all this, but there was even a Ford Fiesta Owners Club there, very disappointed by the TVR turnout. Really good show though, wall of death was awesome.

I usually go there every year as it's only down the road from me - in all the years I've been going - I have never seen a TVR!!

I used to go every year also as I used to live in Edmonton, also took my 400SE a few times, but as you say hardly ever any other TVR's
I stopped going when the prices got silly.

Yep, £9 each, but if you are an exhibitor it's free, so why not get a few cars together?

We did this with the "Classic and Sports car show" at Hambleden, Run by another car club (that I still belong to) but open to any make of car but went to this show for nearly a decade without a single TVR to be seen.

Once me and my friend had TVRs we made it our mission to correct this and our best effort was 33 TVR's in the second year we encouraged TVRs to attend, we now have TVR's that turn up every year and some who turn up on and off. I was rather busy this year with work so didn't get to promote it as we had in past years but still managed 10 TVRs.

It can (and should be) done, I'm always up for taking my TVR to a show if I'm free on the day in question.

Maybe see if we can get a few along for next year? Post it in the events forum next year early enough for some of us to stick it in the diary.

Maybe also promote it in the TVRCC forums if your a member?

That's a great idea!
I think we need to do what I suggested a few months ago.
Have a list off events on the forum and put your various names against events. So other "Wedge" and TVR owners see that people are going and hopefully join in!
