Mine has a body code FER 190 on the identification plate on the N/S wheel arch..Which i pressume coincides with the red being ferrari red?..I might be wrong..Zig
More likely Fire Engine Red.. the 190 was probably the ICI code for it as that's whose paint TVR mostly used. Thanks for spoiling the dream..Only joking..At least its an easy colour to find..All i need now is a couple of blue flashing lights and a bell..Oh and a pair of steps on top..wont fit a ladder on it..
Mind you just found a ferrari paint code Rosso Chiaro 190..

I sent my fuel flap to these people
http://www.autopaintsbrighton.co.uk/custom-hand-ma...
and got a perfect match for colour. The colour code on the car, KV52 kept coming back as 'itallian red' or even 'monza red'. Itallian red has too many combinations and monza red was too dark and also was made with lead as an addative so couldn't be mixed to original
