what's the cost of the TVR racing, I currently a bit, so could do arrive and drive if poss.

I think Graham Walden (graham on PH) has an arrive and drive car and maybe a couple of the other lads. As far as what R&D costs, I have no idea. Generally entry fees range from £340 to £370, dependent on track, for a 20 min qually and two 20 min races. Generally its good racing but last weekend was a bit lonely in Class C. Great set of lads with a good paddock atmosphere!

Nice video, only shame is the windscreen wiper needs to be "parked" properly so it doesn't get in the way of the video?

What mods have you done to the 280i engine? Seems to be running more power than standard by quite a bit?

LOL.....window wiper sits where it wants to, I don't seem to have any control over it. Its basically an ornament as it stands about 1" off the windscreen at anything over 80mph!

The engine is actually a 2.9L 12v (granada) with triple weber carbs and a couple of other tweeks running at about 250bhp. First couple of laps of race two to follow in another thread.

Nice video. Looks and sound like a quick car. One thing thing i noticed, the passenger door top................didn't realise the v6's were flappers!;)
