Exhaust Advice please!

I'm after a new exhaust for my Tasmin 280i. It needs to be stainless steel, not routed past the gearlever (as the current one is and many older ones were, resulting in a very hot gearlever - ouch!), and wider bore than standard (my.. ahem.. "improved" engine needs to be able to breath more). Does anyone have any recommendations as to who could supply and fit such a thing for me?
