After literally hundreds of miles of grin inducing driving since buying my first TVR the first problem. On initial ignition the fuel pressure regulator would whine, which I assume is normal, however now it is doing it whenever I accelerate, any speed any gear. Does disappear at about 4k revs though that might be the engine noise drowning it out :-D Is it just a case of a new part, and if so are there any good garages for TVRs in and around swindon?

That's a strange symptom for a rubber diaphragm and spring, are you sure it's the regulator that's making the nose and not, say, the fuel pump, power steering pump, alternator, water pump...?

It is definitely that at start up, can feel it vibrate when turning the ignition, and it stops when the noise does. And its the same noise when driving - harder to prove as it doesn't happen when the engine is not under load, revving on the drive is fine!
