No, it's not some new form of engine tuning - just proving that Wedges can still cut it against more modern TVR's. I surprised myself by winning a prize at the recent Continental Meeting at Zolder. Ok, it's only 3rd prize (in the fastest lap competition), but I'm well happy as I'm in a class with all RV8 cars of 4.3l and above. There's also a short video (not great quality) of one of my acceleration runs, showing a Chimp how it's done.

Well done,
Just out of interest what spec if your car/engine.
Hi Leigh, it's a 4.3 in a 400se, converted to BV, H214 cam, slightly raised CR, 45mm trumpets with opened manifold to match, 72mm throttle body, higher flow-rate injectors with a MoTeC ecu controlling the mapped fuel and ignition (via a locked dizzy).Just out of interest what spec if your car/engine.

When's Cadwell this year ?

Next 3 races are
Donnington National 23/24 july (usual tvr layout / ie no melbourne hpin)
Rockingham ISCC 20/21 August (usual tvr layout)
Oulton Park International 15 October (usual TVR layout)
It's a 50/50 though if I'll make Donnington
