Help needed at BBWF!

Sorry with less than three week's to go it's that time of year when we ask for Help at BBWF!
Adam is looking after the "Wedge" and TVR car parking and he needs volunteers to help organise the cars into this years layout!
We also need a few volunteers to help doing other various jobs!

Yes please - especially with Andy's foot in plaster we will need a little help.
1. Someone on the "gate" handing out welcome packs
2. A couple of people to help with parking - not full time, taking turns. One person to start at 9:30.
3. Someone with a sound meter to do the "loudest wedge" metering.
4. A few people to help set up the function room - usually not much work just helping bring the PA system in.
Incidentally if anyone has some disco lights/mood lights they can bring along to augment my ones please let me know.
