BOOKED A BLOODY HOLIDAY NEXT WEEK !!!!!!!!!! time off from work we said we would just bum around in the wedge and might go to West Wales. She forgot about the Fest and had seen "an offer too good to leave,so just went in and booked it"! So, sad to say after all the prep work etc I will not be attending the Fest. But hope you all have a great day, I know the weather will be fab, not too much beer and BBq, and fun without me. I will think of you and will wait for all the fantabolous pics after........................cheers UG

I think there's a different forum for that sort of fun... I don't have a link, but if anyone does, can I have it John.

Bit of a bu99er Mark, on the bright side you're into plus point so when you roll up one day in a SEAC she can't complain...

HI, yes chassis number is DH5529R1 . When Ian - Wedg1ie came down to get the car running initaily he said that it was number 5 made. As number 1 is 5524. It was registered on 8th Augusr 1983 and was sold to a Mr Robertson of Glasgow. I rang the guys in Harrogate Horseless Carriages and spoke to the guy who drove it up to Glasgow himself in 1983 and he remembers it.!
Just gone thru my info file and the guys name is Mr John Culbert Robertson of Glasgow. Know this as spoke to Hamish and some oher Scotts guy (cant remember his handle tho) Managed to trace him last year, but never got round to speaking to him. He's on his 28th TVR ! found that he bought it 2 months before they launched the 350i at Earls Court that year 1983.
