Guys I have made the name badges for the fest and was planning to send them direct to the hotel via carrier for Friday delivery. Are you guys ok for picking them up from reception and laying them out on a table saturday morning. I thought I'd send them on because I dong know what time I'll be getting there.

You can send them direct to the Hotel for my attention, no problems mark it: A Hutcheson BBWF then it should reach me on Friday!

I will lay them out at break time and those not collected will be in the control point from 9.00 ish

Thanks mate see you on Sat.

Andy
