Well it's about 5am and I am just about to set off on a 4.5 hour journey to the fest and boy is it raining
It normally snows and rains here when its fair everywhere else so I am hoping for good weather in about 20 miles, doesn't look good though. What a bloody shame after a cracking week.
If I took the roof off now I would need a snorkel to breath.

No doubt I'll be meeting people with hangovers when I get there

Well it's 12.30 here and still coming down in Stair rods - no improvement in th enext hour and it looks like I'm out ( It's 2 hours drive)
2011 could be BBWFWO ( Big Bad Wedge Fest Wash Out) What a shame for everyone who works so hard to make it a great event. Perhaps we should do it abroad in 2012

I was there in spirit, but decided that I'd feel totally gutted if attending without a Wedge.
On Friday I was at the TVR Challenge meet at Donington though, and a good entry of Wedges there.
Here's our own TVRLeigh (on the left), and next to him the young friend of mine who kindly transported me there in his S2.
Behind them is Danny Winstanley's Sag'.
In the background you can see Dave Chant's ('NTEL') class-winning Wedge.

Dave's meaty Wedge....for sale !
