Now then George, long time no hear!

I was talking to Mike Bressington, the guy who started Wedgepages, on Saturday... the current owner is incommunicado, apparently.

incommunicado??? Hmmmmmm...not unlike his web site!

He, she, they have 3 days to renew the domain. If not, a great deal of valuable information is down the crapper!

I stand to be corrected, but I am under the impression that the TVR Wedge Pages Website is associated with Steve Davis (Gandalf).

If you know where, I'd appreciate some links. I accidentally "lost" some of the stuff that I had saved to disk.

Steve took over from MikeB when Mike moved over to Griffiths. He has since since the light, dumped the Griff and now owns a SEAC biggrin

Not exactly so..... I spent a few hours going through their crawls last evening. The html/text code is all there, however the pictures are not. And it is the pictures that I need for reference.

You're not looking hard enough George wink

Electric mirrors article:

http://www.wedgeneering.co.uk/TVR%20390SE%20p7.htm

My take on the steering column bearing:

http://www.wedgeneering.co.uk/TVR%20390SE%20p10.ht...

I'd be surprised if MikeB doesn't have copies of the articles he wrote. By coincidence, last night I found the article from Wedgepages about converting to 4-piston calipers by Mike Hurley; some of it has been skipped by the printer but it's mostly there.

Hmm, was that conversion done by someone called Mark a couple of years ago?

Because if so, I know the person and could (probably with a bit of encouragement)
get hold of all the working notes he still has. I read them a couple of months ago
- fascinating stuff, but not sure if it is that conversion you are talking about.

If this is the right article people are after please email me and I'll see what I can do when I next chat to Mark.

If not, then I'll return to lurk mode smile

Thanks!

if you do a YAHOO image search

http://uk.images.search.yahoo.com/search/images?p=...

you get some of the images (thumbnails only) from the site.

You might be able to refine the search and get a few more?
