Replacement Battery for a 350i

Hi there

Looks like the battery on my 350i 2+2 has given up the ghost, so been up the local motor factors who reckon it's the size measurement wise of a mini jobbie...which probably will fail after a bit..

So what do we recommend?

Will probably be posting on here when I try to get advice on how to get the rev counter, fuel gauge and temp gauges working....decided to put the car on the road so Ginny (my wife) can ferry me and George about ...gonna put my two best mates on the insurance too so they can drive it, even after I get my licence back (should be November)I know they will be well chuffed which is nice

Im afriad you may have a major problem if your battery has given up.
The whole car will be needing a full restoration, and really its only worth scrap money..

So you might aswell sell it to me and be rid of the thing!!!!!!!!!

No worries Stu...

Not sure if you know much about my FHC but the chassis, body and interior have been done...probably not to the purist liking ...but those that know are aware that we saved it from becoming a purchase off Ebay and becoming a track day car...appreciate the interest tho bud

sorry to hear about your battery. if you take it to a garage they may help but make sure you get the correct power replacement.
whilst online i wondered if anyone can help as i,m looking for a walnut dash,centre consol and glove box for my 1988 350i.

Have a couple irons in the fire re battery, just thought they'd be a well known replacement as the "one" to have...
