Hi

I don't think it sold!

The reserve was more than £1,200!

Even though it was the 10th chassis it had escort seats and I am not certain what the side lights were from?

So its value wasn't as high as it's should have been! but yes more than £1,200

There is also a red DH on e-bay at present with some History which is at present around £900 it should go higher!

Mark

The Red DH on e-bay is a very good car, so watch that, to get an idea of what cars are reaching!

Because as from the end of next month the prices will stabilise till next Spring!

The car has covered 7,000 miles since having MAJOR suspension work done to it at RTracing...ie. all replaced, plus new clutch. It has also been re-carpeted, outriggers done, uprated brakes, stainless exhaust, engine 'dressed', wheels re-furbed. Paintwork when I had it was good.
It also had the cloth seats as standard.

It is hardly a running wreck, whatever the chassis number.

It did sell for £1200 by the way. The guy's got feedback from the buyer. Bargain of the year on e-bay I think.

Try buying a Capri 2.8 that has floors for that, you'll struggle.

It really is shocking how these cars go for so little..But on the plus side its keeping them affordable and on the road which i suppose is a blessing in disguise..You will never get half the money back you spend on them..I should think its like getting a divorce..Ziga

Aye, you're right enough. I wouldn't be able to have one if they were any more expensive! It's just that looked like a good one and as Graham said is probably really worth nearer to £2500-£3000.

Well I certainly spent upwards of £2,500 on it within the last 6 years and 7,000 miles.

I agree much better value than a rust-bucket Dagenham dustbin, even more-so a +2. yes
