Hi

So last weekend on a PH run out we stop at Pub, and I leave the roof down and put everything in the boot including the keys! furious Well to cut a sad long story short I have one very broken numberplate light all the electrical conections are broken off, to be honest it looks like it was broken before and had been bodged up.

So anyone got one, for a little cash or know what they are off?

My wedge is 1986 S2, lights have a S on the lense

Thanks

Kelvin

They are a common part used by Triumph on Stags etc. TVR were still using them on Chimaera's.

They come up on e-bay all the time, there may even be some now!

Hi MrZig

Thats the problem, No Numbers on the back, only numbers are on the round Lense bit these being an E2 followed by 173 with a S at the top with a small 3 below it,

any ideas?

Have you got a pic of them in situ, looking at the pic of your light I think somebody has just retro fitted yours in to the original holes!

Hi Mate..
Andy is probably right..You might as well fit a different type or go for the ones that everyone else had fitted to theirs..Hope this helps..Good luck..Ziga

The holes are normally square-ish or rectangle-ish so somebody has changed them to suit those lights!

Thanks Andy,

Time to buy something then and that is a reasonable fit and looks OK.
