What brake setup do the wedge racers use?

As the title says; am thinking of upgrading the brakes on the wedge track car (front) and wondered what the preferred setup would be in terms of caliper, discs and pads? Currently on a massive heavy mondeo caliper with 300mm discs which is okay but could be a lot sharper. I also have a (very) vague notion of one day entering the tvr challenge and thought I might as well go for something compliant in the first place.

Most of the Faster cars esp the Turbo's was fitted with AP5000 Pro 4 pot callipers with 303mm AP Discs with custom bells I think they was made by BG developments.

I'm running these on my Tasmin racer.

one thing to note is they will not fit under the OZ 15" wheels but will with the OZ 16" or the compomotive 15" wheels

Thank you, that is helpful. I may speak to BG and take the wedge up there to see what they suggest. Part of my winter project!
