Hi Peeps..Been trying to sort out my thermostat housing but i now have a fuel leak on the fuel filter that wont stop..Ive just managed to get to a motor factors via a cab and replaced the 8mm with 6mm which is a lot tighter and some decent clips..BUT it is still dripping...I cannot do the thermostat until this stops..It really is driving me mental and it keeps pi55ing down with rain everytime i go out there and un-cover it and pop up the bonnet..banghead..Its making me feel like having it recovered to a garage and let them deal with it but im trying to save money!!..You can bet on your life that once i do manage to sort it the rad will probably need a recore after all...Cheers..Ziga

Gee Zig's keep smiling mattie, im tring to get my drive shafts rebuilt today but have managed t get the rear bearings in so at least that done, its a crapper when the weather is against you, im sure you will keep nibbling at it with all the other things you have been through with this car it wouldnt be you to give up and pass it onto some one else, im sure you will have it sorted and be back on the road enjoying topless driving in a rain coat hehe

Keep at it Zig's as i will be later sorting out a small oil leak and striping the hubs of old paint ready for new.
