What difference can plugs make..................?
Discussion
Guys, the one thing I haven't changed as part of my service and maintenance routine thus far since aquiring the 450 in May is change the spark plugs.
The previous owner suggested they may be due but I have had no obvious problems with them: no misfiring, no problems starting, no pinking etc
If I changed them now for new what may the benefits be?
Improved mpg?
Modest power increase?

The most noticable difference will be the thickness of your wallet, if it aint broke dont fix it!The previous owner suggested they may be due but I have had no obvious problems with them: no misfiring, no problems starting, no pinking etc

Personally, if I didn't know when they were last changed, for the sake of £25-£30 or so, I'd be fitting new ones, and not waiting until there is a problem.
I would also recommend NGK B7ECS, as stated in the Bible, over the ones listed in the NGK catalogue, mine idles / runs much nicer with these.
