Should be 4 bolts sticking out under the car Dix. Should be easy to remove. Runners stay attached to the seat. Bit of a fiddle to put back though, lining the washers up etc. thumbup

when you put them back for a bit more strength try this

they are just cal gate washers sicaflexed on much stronger as the fibre glass becomes weak around those holes

My car is under restoration, all the bolts on the seats themselves where crappy so I just took the bolts of under the car and took the lot out so I could strip them down in the workshop, copper washers on mine.I would recomend jacking it up as there is not a lot of room to swing a ratchet let a lone a cat,not that I would swing a cat I like em. Hi Peeps..just wondering..I know the access for the seats are underneath the car but has anyone removed them via the bolts on the runners?..I know the front bolts are captive but the back ones are not so they will probably be a bugger..I dont really want to disturb the bolts underneath the car as i dont want to end up with having to replace them as i have none to replace them with..Cheers..Ziga
