I don't know how they did it, but my family clubbed together and bought me a mint 390 SE.

It's in absolutely stunning condition, no signs of rust and the interior is spotless....

So now I am the proud owner of three wedges - catching you up, Andy!!!

Enjoy....

Hi Steve..The models are made by a company called SPARK and they only made three versions of the wedge..A 350i..390SE & 450seac..I was after the 350 and paint it red so it would ressemble my 280 but they are hard to find now..A lot of people only stock the 450..Its best to search the net but be thorough and you may come up trumps..I was considering contacting them to ask if they are making any more..In fact i will contact them in the new year..Cheers..Ziga

http://www.sparkmodel.com/Main/search/index.html?p...
Go to search bar on the left and select TVR under all manufacturer..Click search..2nd page on the bottom.

UPDATE: Just found these people and they might have some in stock..Ive just ordered a 350 which will get painted red..They are a bit cheaper than most as well..Good model wedge hunting!!

You haven't heard the best bit - I took it down the garage to fill it up and it only cost 5p!

When was the last time you could fill up a car for a shilling???

If you filled it up for 5p in proportion the insurance would cost about £5 full comp per year and the road tax would be about a £1, new tyres would cost 50p not to mention the service. I wish I was living on your planet, it must be realy nice there!

Kind of off topic, but somebody had this model commissioned, then never went back to collect it:

scratchchin I often wonder what the story was

Hmm, similar build quality to the original, clearly one of the better true to life replicas.
