Should i have a gasket?

Quickie fellas........should there be a gasket between the plenum top and the trumpet base?

Lifted the plenum top last night in order to remove the nearside rocker cover and its just metal face to face with sealant.

Just clean up and reseal it will be fine

There is not gasket on the plenum you just need to make sure both faces are clean and use a little istant gasket when puting back togeather.
