old pics from a show in notts
Discussion
When i was a lad and dreaming of a TVR went along to a big TVR meet in Notts, many regions, must have been a TVR club thing.
Anyway I cannot remember seeing any of these motors at the BBWF, hopefully they are still about.

this last pic is of me at Chatsworth(3 years ago) with the blue 400, now in NZ, the pic shows a few wedgies i have seen before.
The pic with the red 400 has number plates G68 SHR (red 400)
G966 BLD (blue 400)
D169 HWU (white 350) cannot make out the white 400

Was the show at Holme Pierrepont?
Yes it was, I was there too, any pics of f449dkj ???? (red 350)I'll see what I've got.
Top pic were Essex cars the red 350 I think was Neil Wards and the green SEAC you can just see a corner of had major issues at the time, we had to stop about 4 times on the way there so he could top up the oil......
Good weekend though

The red wedge reg no:D174 ALL seems so familiar to me but i dont know why?..Apparently its sorn at the moment..Im sure i have seen it before...Ziga
I think that the reg is a familar reg for a lot of TVr's, on the day it looked fantastic along with a light blue 350 Reg E409 AJN,it's been about 15 years and i still remember how nice the day was and how good the cars looked, carn't remember what i watched on TV last night.
Unfortunately no pics of the F reg 350, sorry.
Yes defo a SEAC in the corner, is he still having problems, does he what to sell. haha
Checked the reg on the white 400 or possibly 450 in a better light H51 KBM
I didnt think anybody else would remember the day, it makes me feel a little happier

"I owned a TVR 450SEAC, it was a nightmare, cost me 4500 quid to put right in the first week of ownership. That was in 1997, always wanted one, lived to regret it.
Anyone contemplating getting one should get the motor checked, turned out that a previous owner had the engine stripped and rebuilt using crap parts. V8 Developments sorted the motor, and made a very good job of it.
After that experience I just hated the vehicle, and sold it, however it left my ownership perfect. The lesson I learned here was don't take a private sellers word about the mechanical condition (even if they are a TVR enthusiast) of any vehicle especially a TVR, buy from a dealer if possible (you have some protection)."
