4500 quid for that; I'd better find an old Cornflakes packet in which to give mine away.

Agree, that is a bargin price, maybe they think that selling a soft top in winter doesn't demand a better price, maybe they are just keen to move it on.

Interesting body confiragration, 400 body 350 bumper

Ah no Stephen, it's a Series 2 390. The front airdam was changed to round it off and shorten it a bit (and fatten the arch flares a bit as well I think)... then it became the new integral front for the 400SE. If you look you can see the join at the bottom of the wing.

I'll have one of those for my car one day... whistle

Hi

It looks like a good car, it looks un-molested i.e. fairly original. Plus the price is good. If I was not stuck here in Hospital I would be interested in adding it to my collection!

Yea Ian when you look closer it has separate front spoiler, sides and rear bumper, my second wegde sighting was a white 400se still remember it pulling onto the A38 and setting off at some pace, this car reminds me of that rotate

Shame that I didn't win the Euro millions on Friday, as I would have seriously considered buying that car.

5 or 6 I think, Lucky B.

ETA,

Saying that my workshop would take about 10, only due to me being stuck paying for all it it, was only going to have a 1/4, but got stuffed for paying for it all.

Was that not the one that had a complete body of resto a while back, owned by someone in Hedge End and then sold to another local person (forklift supplier ?) who took it too Wedgefest a few years ago. If so had a lot of money spent at the then Peninsular and finshed very nicely. Good price and very tempting smile

Hi

I rent six from my local council! (All in a row.) Fortunately I can rent at least one or two more! So I have room for at least one more TVR (Wedge) in my collection.
